The paint looked really nice at first. I was happy with the color and finish. But it started scuffing quickly. Then I noticed some chips too. It just didn’t hold up well in the busier spots in my house.

I picked this paint after seeing a bunch of people say it had decent coverage, and that ended up being true for me. I used it on my living room walls, and the first coat looked a little patchy, but the second coat smoothed everything out nicely. The color was really close to the sample too, which I was relieved about. I did go through a bit more paint than I thought I would, but overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

The paint looks really nice on the wall, so I’ll give it that. But the whole “washable” thing is kind of hit or miss. Little marks wipe off without much trouble, but if you get a tougher scuff, you really have to scrub, and then it can leave a dull spot behind. When I reached out, I basically got one of those canned apology responses, which didn’t exactly help. It’s not terrible paint, I just expected it to hold up a little better

I ordered two cans of the same color from Valspar because I was trying to keep a small project simple and consistent. One can was the right color, but the other was a completely different shade, which threw everything off right away.

I went back and checked my order confirmation, and the color listed there was correct, so it definitely didn’t feel like this was on me. When I reached out to customer service, it took a long time to get a response, and then they kept asking me for the same details I had already sent.

At this point, my project is just sitting unfinished while I figure out a reorder. Maybe this was just a fulfillment mix-up, but from my side it turned a basic paint order into an unnecessary headache.

I reached out and never heard a thing back. Not even a quick “hey, we’re looking into it.” Disappointing, honestly. The whole so-called support team just felt like a ghost squad.

I tried using the online color tool, but the shade it showed looked completely different from what’s actually on my wall. Am I missing something here? Because it felt like a waste of time.

I tried using this primer, but it started peeling off after I had barely finished one coat. I was hoping it would go on smoothly and stay put, but it just didn’t stick the way I needed it to. For me, this one was a disappointment.

I was surprised by how many color options valspar had. I went in thinking I’d just get a basic white, but I found a soft warm shade that looked much better in my living room. The color samples made it easier to choose. It took me a little while because there were so many good ones, but I was happy with what I picked.

I was able to get through everything, but the site felt kind of slow and a little clunky at times. I also expected the instructions to be clearer, since I had to stop and figure out what to do next more than once.

I bought valspar paint thinking it would be a decent option for the price, but umm, it ended up needing way more coats than I expected. I wound up spending more than I planned, i’m still not that happy with how the finish turned out. For what you get, it just feels overpriced...

I was actually looking forward to getting this paint and starting my project, but when the box showed up, I could tell something was wrong right away. It was soggy, dented, and pretty much falling apart. Once I opened it, the can was smashed and paint had leaked all over the inside. Instead of getting started, I ended up cleaning up a big mess

I had some paint start peeling way earlier than I thought it should, which annoyed me because I was already expecting the warranty process to be a pain. I sent in the form with a few photos, fully prepared for delays or some excuse, but Valspar actually got back to me quickly.

They only asked a couple basic questions and then took care of it with a replacement. I’m still not thrilled the paint had an issue in the first place, but I’ll give them credit for not making the warranty part a headache.

The color was a bit off from the sample, which was disappointing. When I asked about it, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of just getting a helpful explanation. Overall, not quite the experience I was hoping for.

The color itself was totally fine and pretty much what I expected, which was nice because I’d already moved the couch away from the wall and had all the windows cracked open. But the drying time was really frustrating. The can made it seem like it would dry a lot faster, and I figured I’d be done before dinner, but the wall stayed tacky for hours. I kept checking it while walking by, and it just wasn’t ready. I ended up having to wait until the next day to do the second coat, which threw off my whole little weekend project. Not terrible paint, but definitely not what I expected.

The color was fine, no complaints there, but the paint was way thicker than I expected. It was a pain to spread evenly and took longer than I had patience for. It got the job done, but it was annoying to work with.

I grabbed a few valspar paint samples before painting my hallway, and they showed up quickly. Nice. They were simple to test on the wall and made the whole decision feel a little less stressful.

One of the colors was close to what I saw online, but another one looked way more gray in person than I expected. Oof. I know every screen shows colors differently, but it still caught me off guard.

I’m definitely glad I tried samples first instead of just buying a full can. they were helpful, but I do wish the colors matched the online photos a bit better. Fine, just not perfect.

The paint smell was way too strong and gave me a headache quickly. I had planned to get a few things done around the house, but instead I ended up having to leave the room and waste the rest of the day feeling awful.

In my experience, this paint was frustrating to apply. It went on streaky and seemed to drag a lot, even though I was using what I’d consider a decent roller. I kept having to go back over certain areas, and even then it still looked kind of patchy to me. Maybe others had better luck, but it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting.
